We have a number of services available to offer advice and support.

Our Customer Service Team aim to provide excellent customer service to all our customers.

We have a dedicated Community Safety Team set up to assist tenants with anti-social behaviour and community safety issues.

To enable older and more vulnerable members of our community to remain independent and able to maintain their tenancies we have a Tenancy Support service and an Adaptations Service.

If you are struggling with money we have an Affordable Living Team who can visit you in your home to provide advice on water bills and energy tariffs, and identify ways of saving you money.

If you need help with benefits, our Benefits Advice Service are there to help you understand the benefits system, ensure that you're claiming everything you're entitled to and challenge unfair decisions.
