Following a tender for our gas servicing contract, we have recently appointed Warmer Energy Services to undertake gas servicing works to all our homes.
You will not see any major changes to the way this service is delivered to you, in fact, you will still see the same familiar faces knocking on your doors to carry out your gas safety checks and service your boiler. The only real change that you will notice is that from Monday 1 May, the vans and contractors uniforms will be different from before.
Please remember that all our operatives wear identity badges so that you know who they are when they visit you. If you are unsure about letting someone into your home to carry out works, please ask to see their badge, which will have their name, photograph and company information on.
You must allow us access to your home so that we can carry out our annual gas safety check. The check helps keep you, your family and your neighbours safe.
