Have you got a good eye for quality customer service? Do you want to develop your market research skills? As part of our commitment to delivering top customer service, we’re looking to recruit South Liverpool Homes tenants as mystery shoppers.
Mystery shoppers are an essential part of our quality assurance processes and help us train and manage our customer service staff.
What’s in the role?
A typical mystery shopper would be called upon a few times a year to contact South Liverpool Homes by phone, face-to-face, email, Twitter or Facebook with a fictional problem and assess how they were dealt with by our team.
What training would you be given?
Before becoming a mystery shopper, you would be invited to South Liverpool Homes for a training session designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to do the job. You would also be offered support and feedback to help you complete your assignments.
As well as helping to improve the service we offer to our customers, mystery shoppers would be reimbursed for their time and offered a £15 shopping voucher for every mystery shopping assignment they complete. Experience of being a mystery shopper is also great for your CV and is ideal for those who are looking for work in market research or quality assurance.
